Dirty Window. Steel bars on a window with cool design.
It was tucked away in a small alley in Gangnam and like a moth I was first drawn to the hypnotic green and white neon sign. But my view was obscured by the neat design on the steel bars. I want to take more pictures like this. Pictures that reveal beauty in common things that we miss in our fast paced lives.

Perfectly "timed" shot. In retrospect, time has not been a factor the last few weeks. The lonely planet has been my travel companion. The backpack carried my gear. The passport is always in my possession, just in case the immigration officers wanted to crack down on illegal filipino domestic workers in South Korea. :P

i was practicing DOF and bokeh this day, but this pic reigned supreme. it could have benefited from some treatment, but I think I'll only post untreated pictures from now on. I'll brush up on post-processing techniques first. For now, my gazillion of blog viewers will have to appreciate that each pic "is what it is."

had no opportunities to shoot outside today, except early this morning. awesome toast place called Isaac at gangnam metro station. 1200 won for an incredible egg sandwich with the best sweet mustard condiment. yumm-o! i tried messing around on picasa, but i think i made a bad/lazy shot even worse.
